SERVICE DEPARTMENT - AWFUL Brought my vehicle in for a Toyota recall. Three days later my car was ready. Picked up my car and was broken down on the side of the road just feet Brought my vehicle in for a Toyota recall. Three days later my car was ready. Picked up my car and was broken down on the side of the road just feet from the dealership. Service department said "oh yes we saw that problem when we test drove it after the recall work" however FAILED to tell me. It gets worse - they say it is my problem to the tune of $2,500!!! My car was PERFECT when I dropped it off. The only thing they fall back on is saying it is due to the miles I have on my car. SHAME ON YOU Handy's - you should have more faith in the vehicles you sell. I'm sick over what you did - you allowed me to take my car that is UNSAFE to drive. No care whatsoever in the customer. More
