Shopping for a car is not something that I looked forward to, you know the old story of the car salesman. Well, after going to numerous dealers, that story was holding true until I went to Advantage Chevrol to, you know the old story of the car salesman. From the beginning, via the internet, Jim Galbraith was supportive and welcoming. He turned me over to Joe Grahovec in used cars. Joe is an experienced salesman and knew right away what I was looking for, money to spend, and service that I needed in the future. Since, my husband has Alzheimers Disease, I am the sole decision maker, this is not fun. But Joe put me at ease, was funny, informative, and all around a very good salesman. I bought the Equinox and I feel that it was a very good decision. Everyone at Advantage Chevrolet has been overly helpful, I will have all of my service work done there as well as any other type of questions that I might have along the way. Joe was able to get us a great deal, along with Walter & work with us to get our payments where we wanted them to be for two brand new vehicles, as well as get us good money for our trade-ins! Always a pleasure to work with and took the time to work with us despite being busy with other customers on several occasions. He was able to find me the SUV I wanted when I couldn't find it at any other dealerships in the area and even bring it in on a Saturday when they did not think they could find out or get it until Monday. Tim was also very good and ran through the paperwork with me & my husband quickly & thoroughlt given our time constraints when I had to get to work that night after purchasing my vehicle.
