When the work was completed, Joe was not available as it was Thanksgiving weekend. When I went to pick up my vehicle, a wonderful young service agent named Anthony was so kind and considerate the moment I walked into the service area. He filled out the paperwork efficiently and had me out of there in minutes. He even brought my car to me as it was parked further out in the pickup lot. He was an ABSOLUTE gentleman the entire time.
