Very happy After a slow start where I wasn't getting the level of help I needed via email, I received a routine "How are we doing" email from the sales manager. After a slow start where I wasn't getting the level of help I needed via email, I received a routine "How are we doing" email from the sales manager. I responded, indicating that I wasn't thrilled with the service to that point and that it was important to me to be able to work via email due to my busy schedule. After that, it was a 180. Within an hour I was contacted by Brett, who was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and helpful. As a result I was at the dealership that evening for a test drive, and 24 hours later I was driving home in an incredible 335i that I got for a really incredible price. So far, after-sale support has been good too. It's obvious that a lot of pride is taken in the dealership, the product, and service. Over all, I couldn't be happier. More

For the first time in my life, I purchased a vehicle online without seeing it or test driving it…something that for the longest time I never considered doing. However, I saw this Audi Q7 on the Autohaus website, sent an email and in a couple of hours Brett had replied. He knew that I was not able to come and look at the car or test drive it because I live in Ohio (about 420 miles away from the dealership). Brett went over the entire car with me through a series of emails and provided me with dozens of pictures. The purchase process went very smoothly and within three business days I had my car delivered to my driveway in perfect condition. Brett walked me through the whole process and was always available to answer even my text messages almost instantaneously. Thank you Autohaus and Brett for a wonderful buyer’s experience. More

Service Before and After the Sale From a buying standpoint, I've been associated with Autohaus since 2009. Recently, I've agreed to purchase a new, 2014 model from the sales team. In my search to find a new vehicle, I visited dealerships in Missouri, Illinois, Georgia, and Kentucky. Autohaus shines bright above all the other dealerships I've interacted with. On the sales side, I was treated in a friendly, professional manner and struck a very pleasing deal on the new vehicle I'm purchasing. Autohaus advertises. "You'll never pay more for the Autohaus experience." This promise was kept in every aspect and I remain thoroughly impressed with Mr. LaSane and Mr. Emerson. Top notch! More importantly, the service before and after the sale has been nothing short of outstanding. Mr. Greg Issitt has been my advisor for 5 years now and has gone above and beyond to help me keep my current vehicle in like-new condition. As a testament to the overall service provided, I recently had the air conditioning condenser in my current vehicle fail shortly after the warranty expired. The repair cost was very expensive to say the least. Mr. Issitt, Mr. Richards, and Mr. Emerson petitioned BMW on my behalf and BMW agreed to cover a large part of the repair under warranty and saved me a great deal of money during a very stressful time. This tremendous effort on their part is precisely the reason I continue to stay with Autohaus. This type of service is unmatched and the folks I work with at Autohaus are indeed the best.
