We were buying the car for our daughter so we spoke with them over the phone for a few days, we asked a lot of questions about the car and we were assured it was in great condition and a good deal. My wife and daughter traveled 4 hours to the dealership to find out the car was a smokers car and was in terrible condition. Needless to say we were furious. I looked at the Ferman dealership online and saw a really great Mini, I went in and met Sara Griffith. I can't begin to explain what an incredible experience I had with Sara! Not only was she personable she knew her Mini's! Within an hour I put a $500 deposit on the Mini we wound up buying. From start to finish this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. THANK YOU SARA and TEAM, my daughter can't believe what an awesome car she got. More

Charlie and I walked a few paces and there she was, my beautiful, shining red convertible two series. We took her for a ride and it was all I envisioned it to be. I felt an instant affinity towards the convertible. Charlie was not the usual in your face dealer. He never pushed me. Needless to say, I drove my beautiful Garnet Girl home that day. The financing was so easy because of Joe. I am still smiling. More
