So easy! I did not go in to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle as I already had pre-approved financing and a vehicle picked out at anoth I did not go in to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle as I already had pre-approved financing and a vehicle picked out at another dealership. I went in with my grandmother to get her vehicle serviced. While we waited I looked around at what they had. I found another vehicle that I became interested in. I met with Joe Clark and he made me a deal I could not refuse! He was able to get me a newer vehicle with a better warranty and stayed within my budget. Any question I had was answered, no matter how silly or obvious, with professionalism. I never felt like I was being talked down to, or that I had asked a stupid question. The vehicle I purchased was at the Champaign location, we had the vehicle the next business day. Joe even came in on his day off to make sure everything was ready and completed for us the way it should be. Joe and the rest of the Taylor Dodge team are friendly and welcoming without making you feel pressured. I will go back for my next vehicle purchase! More
