When I picked up my car they went over the car in detail with me, making sure I was aware of all the added options and how to use them. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from them again! The level of maintenance and finish preparations are superb - even a rival dealer confirmed to me that the Pawlowski' operation can not be matched in car preparation making these pre-owned machines look absolutely brand new! When I returned to purchase my second car - it was a spur of the moment decision. The owner, Westley, told me he would not sell me the car unless I gave him three reasons that this BMW was a good fit for me. I appreciate that he wanted to ensure that I would not be in new buyers remorse situation. Have you ever heard of this level of looking out for you anywhere these days? A total class buying experience - as if I were buying a new Rolls at one of the chandelier places. This place of business is centered around a family who are all Euro Car Aficionados. Their expertise is like walking in the pages of Moto-Trend magazine's library. The service center mechanics mostly speak in European accents-so I visualize they are right at home working on the cars of their homeland. The multi-bay shop is clean, well equipped, with most cars in for service by owners/operators.
