Most of my experience was with Brittany, the online sales manager. She was fantastic both before and after the sale when I found a problem with my new car. Alanna didn’t reply to any of the messages I sent a manager. She was fantastic both before and after the sale when I found a problem with my new car. Alanna didn’t reply to any of the messages I sent and didn’t follow through with a promise she made to be before the paperwork was signed. The only reason I said I would recommend the dealership is because of my interactions with Brittany. Service after the sale is more important to customer satisfaction and loyalty than the negotiation experience and that’s what fell short for me. More
