At first, everything looked like it was going to be the best deal for the 2024 hyunday santa fe, but after taking possession of the vehicle and switching all the paperwork on my name, the dreaded phone cal best deal for the 2024 hyunday santa fe, but after taking possession of the vehicle and switching all the paperwork on my name, the dreaded phone call was received about having a problem with the deal. Jason from financing was very respectful and did his best to make the deal work, even though he made the mistake with the paperwork and not confirming the total amount to be financed with the amount the bank approved. As far as Jimmy, the salesperson, I must say he did not like the fact that the deal fell through and assumed and very disrespectful position when I mentioned I was not happy with the outcome of this transaction. I had to returned the vehicle and the deal was cancelled, because the numbers did not work (higher APR and Higher monthly payment for the same 84 months). The lack of attention to detail by their financial team made this experience very negative with this dealership and I wish they were able to amend their mistake, but at the end, the numbers did not work for them and for me.
