Over and above. I took my new (to me) used 2006 Ridgeline to get a key made and to check out the brakes, cruise control and the truck in general. I had bought it the I took my new (to me) used 2006 Ridgeline to get a key made and to check out the brakes, cruise control and the truck in general. I had bought it the day before. They informed me I had two recalls (airbags) and did the work. Later they called and told me the cruise was OK, the brakes were new but the brake fluid and power steering needed changing. Additionally, the timing belt had never been changed, I was at 126K miles. They did all the work, got me a free loaner, and finished in six hours. What a great job Jimmy Harris and the service department did!! Probably saved me an engine job. Thanks Lou Sobh Honda! See you in 5,000 miles. More

Very accommodating! Even without an appointment!! My son needed immediate service on his car late one afternoon and they took us without an appointment. The Best Dealership! I made the mistake of taking my vehicle to another dealership in the area for service because it was closer to my house. I knew something was still wrong so I traveled the distance to Lou Sobh (where I bought and usually service my car), and they fixed it quickly and with no problem!
