What a wonderful experience this was for me! I bought a 2008 Kia Rondo from this dealer and got straight-forward, no hassle, friendly service. I had to buy this vehicle on my own since my husband works out of town and was a bit nervous about the whole process. From my first day on the lot, Roosevelt eased my fears and gave me honest, helpful and considerate advice as to which car would work best within my budget and driving needs. This dealer worked very hard to get me the EXACT car I wanted. Remarkable. Jimmy worked with me on getting a great deal on my trade-in and giving me the lowest price available on my Rondo (believe me...I compared prices ALL over town and they continued to be the LOWEST!) I live right up the street from several dealerships, just graduated college and received a gift from family up north to help me buy a new (used) car. I had gone to several dealerships with my price range and graduated college and received a gift from family up north to help me buy a new (used) car. I had gone to several dealerships with my price range and my needs and most had little or nothing to offer. I had collected cards from many of them, but didn't really intend to go back to most of them. I managed to find a day where my parents and I could look around together (the Mazda I was driving at the time was in their name, but they wanted to trade it to help me defray the cost and thus had to be there when I bought my car) and the first stop we made was Hyundai of St. Augustine. It was my mom's idea, they had actually bought the Mazda I was driving from that very location ten years ago when it was owned by Coggin, and it looked like the Hyundai place had a few used cars on the lot. So we went and met with Eddie who very quickly moved us over to a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. I'll admit the mileage, at 75,000 was a bit higher than I wanted, but I didn't know too much about Hyundai in general, so I figured I'd give Eddie the chance to explain why I should get one, and a used one, at that. I heard what he had to say, and then did some investigative work on my own through the phone (I'm a bit skeptical with salesmen regardless of what I'm buying) and everything Eddie said checked out. He gave me a great price, trading my ten-year-old Mazda for 700 even with no AC and uber high-mileage. At the end of it all, $6450 got me the perfect post-graduate car. I'm headed back in tomorrow to get touch-ups and replace the hub-caps for me. They fixed everything I asked them to, or are going to, all included, and offered me employee price on a cd-player since the Elantra only has casette. Overall a good experience, much simpler than I expected, and the people at Hyundai of St. Augustine were all very nice and very helpful. I've already suggested some of my friends go there! More

I found this dealer on the Internet. We were interested in the Genesis and requested some information online. That same day, I was contacted by the Dealership. I spoke to Andrew, the owner, for quite som in the Genesis and requested some information online. That same day, I was contacted by the Dealership. I spoke to Andrew, the owner, for quite some time. He was helpful, sharing his experience and addressing all the questions I had. We decided to visit the showroom that day. It was refreshing to visit a "no-pressure" car dealer. We drove the car and looked at a variety of colors and interiors. We told them we were going on vacation the next day - they said they would keep an eye out for the color we were looking for. (Rosey even drove us home as a special favor!) While on vacation, we decided what package we wanted. We called to let them know and they had just received that very car! Without any signatures, they held the car for us until we returned. When we leased the car, they spent a lot of time, explaining the cars features to us. Even though we had visited the showroom only a couple of times, Andrew, Jimmy and Roosevelt knew us by name, and made us feel very welcome. At the time of purchase, we did not have all of our accessories, but those arrived in a timely manner along with our license plate - saving us a trip!! They installed everything quickly and Roosevelt spent even more time with me discussing the car and its features. If you want buying a car to be a positive experience, you should consider Hyundai of St. Augustine. And I can't say how happy we are with our Genesis! It is a luxury car at a value price - a smart way to have the creature comforts and performance you want without an outrageously high monthly payment. Tell Rosey that Nancy sent you!!! More

We were looking to downsize from 2 cars to one. Eddy greeted us with a great attitude and to satisfy both my husband and I. The employees were friendly, courtesy and respectful. We received great service, a quality vehicle at a great price that was within our budget. Eddy gave his complete attention and did not make us feel like we were just another customer. It was a different experience to other dealerships. If I could rate them a 10, and will receive more business from us in the future. I and my husband would recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to everyone we encounter seeking to buy a vehicle. More

They won mine. Andrew goes out on a limb and commits hundreds of thousands of dollars to build an inventory of low mileage Hyundai Azera Limited's turned in from sales reps around the country. A $30,000 car with 7,000 miles shows up for $20,000. Not one, but seven to choose from. The situation, the price, the quality of the people all came together to convice me to buy when I was really just shopping around. Stop by and see Andrew or Eddy and see what they can do for you. My wife and I were looking for a new car. We have owned many Kias in the last 5 years. We were looking to trade in my wifes 2004 Sorrento. We looked at the optima at family Kia of St augustine, although we many Kias in the last 5 years. We were looking to trade in my wifes 2004 Sorrento. We looked at the optima at family Kia of St augustine, although we have purchased a couple of cars at Family kia, because of a managenent change we did not like how we were treated there. we then Thaught of Hyundai, which happend to be right across the street from Family Kia. When we stopped there we were greeted by a young man named Miles Mclean. He was extremley polite and very knowledgable about all of the cars and their features. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would recomend him to anybody who is shopping for a new car. Then it came to my attention that the sales manager was Jimmy Feleciano whom I have had the pleasure to do business with when he worked at Family Kia. He was able to put together a grest deal for us,just as he has in the past. When I met the service manager i could not beleive that it was Kirk Guiolette who also worked at Family Kia and did an astounding job there as well.
