I asked a lot of questions ahead of time, and they always responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made the process easy and transparent before I even stepped into the dealership. They also knew I was traveling from nearly two hours away, so they understood the importance of making the experience as seamless as possible. When I arrived with my husband and toddler in tow, everything continued to go smoothly. Hussain and Jim were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. DePaula has a great vibe—even while under construction. The entire experience was relaxed and low-pressure, which I really appreciated. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. And they even entertained and doted on my toddler—definitely a win-win. Thanks again for the Car Fox!!!! Buying a vehicle with a toddler along for the ride can make things a bit more complicated (though he does love trucks!), but they were incredibly accommodating and patient. It certainly didn’t hurt that DePaula has a nice snack area—and they even treat you to lunch, which honestly felt unheard of to me. Such a nice touch. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism from both Hussain and Jim was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend working with them, and I would gladly return to DePaula in the future. If you’re in the market for a new truck, definitely ask for Hussain and Jim—you’ll be in excellent hands. PS -- my new truck is AWESOME! I love it even more than I thought I would :) More
