Very happy with these guys and their approach I worked with Chuck initially and he was great, but had to come back later with my pregnant wife after exploring the options. I brought her in on sh I worked with Chuck initially and he was great, but had to come back later with my pregnant wife after exploring the options. I brought her in on short notice on a Saturday afternoon and ended up working with Jim Rio. Both of these guys were great to work with and made the experience positive. Jim did a great job helping my wife and I get into something that worked for us. We eventually bought a 2012 Chevy Traverse after driving both new and used options . Jim and Chuck gained my trust and you could tell that they were just trying to make the situation work for me. Even though Chuck didn't make the sale, he helped me get the plates on my new car and set up On Star by walking me through the first call. I'd recommend either of these guys to anyone looking for a car that would like to work something out that's fair and reasonable. They're good people to buy a car from. More
