I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very nice and took the time to explain every detail about the car so when i left i felt like I knew what every single button did. My wife and I came into Halleen Kia to look at the possibility of buying a used car. It turned out to be the best car buying experience we ever had. Jim McConville helped us out and he was the friendliest and the most honest car salesman we've ever had the pleasure of working with. It was refreshing to have a salesperson help us out that wasn't just trying to make a sale. We felt he was really looking out for us so that we made the right decision.
