You have an excellent staff of techs that are, friendly and not hesitant about speaking with customers about the repairs that are being done. Pressure-less Customer Service-More Casey was very accommodating and we did not feel pressured into making any decisions. Any request we had or change was met with "that's fine" or "no problem". Casey went out of his way to make sure everything was in order before we left with our new car. Answered all of our questions in detail and without hesitation. Donna was very helpful and made sure everything was coordinated very well between Costco and Casey. Tim in the parts department ordered our cargo cover and it arrived by the time we were finished with all of our paperwork, which we thought was a great customer focused extra. Jason was fun to work with, answered all of our question in detail and advised us appropriately. This was our first experience buying a car from Sunset after buying many other Fords from Sinclair. Top notch dealership. More
