Jessica and Dick Genthe were absolutely amazing when we had to turn in our lease vehicles and lease two new vehicles. The pandemic caused major supply issues and Dick Genthe only had a handful of vehicles had to turn in our lease vehicles and lease two new vehicles. The pandemic caused major supply issues and Dick Genthe only had a handful of vehicles but Jessica worked with us over a few weeks until we found vehicles we were happy with and the finances made sense. Jessica took the time to set up the vehicles, which our last Chevrolet Salesperson at a different dealer never did. Also, Jessica followed up with us to see how we are enjoying the new Equinox RS vehicles we leased. Jessica is also always available for any questions and returns inquiries within the day. Dick Genthe was a very clean dealer where everyone on the staff was polite and welcoming. We had a horrible experience at another local Chevrolet dealer where the price quoted and agreed to was not even close to what the dealership actually charged and any concerns or questions fell on deaf ears at the other dealer, but Dick Genthe and Jessica were the exact opposite. Everything was transparent and the team was very polite and professional. Even if you are not 100% sold on a Chevrolet go meet Jessica and at least see what she can do ... I guarantee she will go out of her way to meet your needs as much as possible. Jessica and Dick Genthe will be our first stop when our vehicles leases are up for renewal. More

Duane Hess and Jim Matyas are awesome!! Dick Genthe Chevrolet is the best Chevrolet dealership. I reached out to Jim Matyas regarding helping my uncle with leasing an Equinox., Jim introduce Dick Genthe Chevrolet is the best Chevrolet dealership. I reached out to Jim Matyas regarding helping my uncle with leasing an Equinox., Jim introduced me to Duane Hess, who helped show my Uncle the SUV he wanted. Duane was very thorough and patient with explaining the vehicle to us. Jim handled the numbers side and I can't thank him enough for the great deal he got my Uncle on his trade in and lease payment. Duane Hess and Jim Matyas made everything so simple and are the BEST to work with. They helped my 82 year old Uncle with his first lease and made him feel so comfortable. My Uncle and I were so happy with the entire lease process and great deal received. Duane and Jim went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. Jim Matyas=worst customer service ever Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. Went to drop off cars after purchasing new ones elsewhere, as we were told we could do Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. Went to drop off cars after purchasing new ones elsewhere, as we were told we could do as long as it was within normal business hours. Arrive at 850 and hand the keys to an employee who then says he needs other information (that we were never made aware of) delaying the process of turning them in...that guy brought the info to the sales manager who then through the biggest hissy fit I’ve ever seen from a grown man. Throwing his hands in the air and screaming at us across the showroom that he’s not “downing these cars” after 9, mind you at this moment we reminded him it was 857 and we’ve been here for almost 10 minutes. He continued to harass us across the showroom yelling at us, saying he doesn’t care that we won’t recommend their dealership to anyone and even esponded with “who cares you wouldn’t have done it anyway” except unbeknownst to him 5 of my family members have got cars there. He then threatened to tow the car and told us to get off his property. All for trying to return vehicles within the business hours as instructed. I am completely dumbfounded that the SALES MANAGER would treat customers that way. More
