Awesome car buying experience! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with no high pressure sales tactics. They were upfront and honest during the entire process. I had a small issue with a bad tire after purchasing the vehicle and the service department took care of the issue at no charge to me. My experience from sales to finance to service was all about providing individualized top-notch customer service. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda of Lincoln and the way they treat their customers will keep me coming back for future purchases and recommending them to others for their car buying needs. Honda of Lincoln works on all of my vehicles, a 2011 Honda Pilot and two Jeeps. Larry Holtmeier is an excellent mechanic, and he corrects the problem first time, every time. Best Service as usual. It was fast and minor repair issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. The service department at Williamson's always meets, and most often exceeds our expectations. When you need a ride, they have one. When they tell you a time, they are early.
