He went out of way to help me with all of my questions, Unlike the other dealerships(6), I asked questions I never received a reply. He communicated with me better as of I was a local customer. Judy Patureau, Is by far the best. She is the most patient person on the planet. She realized that the process was my first time and she guided me every step of the way. One word for Judy is PATIENCE. Her customer service skills are beyond reproach. And here I thought that customer service was a thing of the past. Her persona makes you want to trust her.
