Ok, fair enough. We were told the salesperson/client advisor would be in contact on Monday. Monday rolls around and not a peep. No one at the dealership could locate him. Finally got a text saying it was still in service and that he would let us know when it was ready. Heard nothing on Tuesday, so once again I inquired on the status. I was told at this point that parts needed to be ordered and would once again be contacted as soon as it was ready. Heard nothing on Wednesday. Finally got a text Thursday afternoon that it was ready but it was late to make arrangements to go get it. Friday evening went to the dealership to take delivery. I was handed an envelope and the keys but another salesman. Turns out our original guy was out of town all week. I asked to service record of the work performed during the week it was in service only to find out the only service performed was an oil change! Sales manager was smug and could not offer an explanation. No real effort to remedy. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Suntrup. Never again! More
