Jesus Norzagaray was the best consultant we could have asked for. We went in just dreaming of new cars, but he made our dreams come true. My wife & I walked out with not one but TWO brand new cars. He tre asked for. We went in just dreaming of new cars, but he made our dreams come true. My wife & I walked out with not one but TWO brand new cars. He treated us with respect and decency. He gave us detail after detail over EVERYTHING. The car features, the costs, the way everything was going to work, he was very patient and didn’t sugar coat anything. He also helped us to get an amazing deal, and was the best experience we could ask for. Thank you so much for everything. We also worked with Jesus Camargo who sold us our first Kia and turned us into loyal customers. It was amazing to buy our 2nd & 3rd Kia today with Jesus Camargo again. And also meet Jesus N, and we hope to work with Royal Kia and hopefully the Jesus’s again for the next stages in our lives and our car’s lives. More

I was nervous to come in and attempt to purchase my first car. When I first came in I was greeted, was assisted right away, and felt at ease at the way they conducted business. They were very polite and did car. When I first came in I was greeted, was assisted right away, and felt at ease at the way they conducted business. They were very polite and did not pressure me into purchasing any vehicle throughout my time with them. They listened, took notes on what I specifically wanted and they did whatever they could to make sure I was content with the process. I came out completely satisfied with the vehicle I did end up buying in the end. I stuck with Royal, rather than buying from another dealership just because of the way they presented themselves and worked. They are the real deal. More

Best dealership in Tucson! Hands down!! I've been a loyal customer from Royal Kia on Speedway since I bought my first car in 2017. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. Jes Hands down!! Jesus always takes great care of me and goes beyond the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service. Recently, I got my brand new 2021 KIA K5 stolen thankfully I was able to recover it through my KIA UVO app and track my car within hours and was able to help the police find the criminals that did it.
