Luis and his manager Jesus have given us a completely unexpected used car buying experience. There was no haggling, no mind games or attrition of negotiation. I had it inspected by a third party (which Luis facilated the transport of the vehicle while I was working) and short of some minor items, it was completely as advertised. I will utilize these folks again in the future and intend to pass their names on to anyone in the market. P.s. they pampered my wife with beverages. Entertaining conversation, and even a VERY high end bouquet of roses. Don't go anywhere else in tucson for a vehicle. Find a way to work with these guys. Thank you from my family. More

Unfortunately it had a mechanical issue shortly after we purchased it. The managers put us in a loaner vehicle while the service center diagnosed and repaired the issue. No questions asked just took care of it and got us going again. Highly recommend this company if you are in need of a new or used vehicle. More
