Unfortunate Experience Had my vehicle serviced at this location. Had a unpleasant experience that has left a bad impression on the quality of service and trustworthiness of Had my vehicle serviced at this location. My vehicle was inspected and when I picked up my vehicle on the drive home a indicator light that I had never seen flashed on the dashboard. I called the service center back to inform them of it. After paying $880 for a minimal AC repair and belt replacement was told that it would be a couple hundred dollars to look at the indicator light. umm... ok. So in the multi-point inspection everything was good no lights nothing after service a indicator light emerges and I now have to pay in less than 10 hours from pick up for another inspection. I called the manager to get thing cleared up. Mistakes happen we are all human. Manager didn’t call me back had the then service rep call me back and say ok bring it in and we will tell you how much it is. Ok. How is that different? so incredibly disappointing. Lost trust, feel ripped off. More

Extremely satisfied I was very pleased with the service with the repair of my clutch of my 2014 Ford Focus. During my repair I wS contacted to notify me of other issues a I was very pleased with the service with the repair of my clutch of my 2014 Ford Focus. During my repair I wS contacted to notify me of other issues and additional expenses. When I picked up my vehicle the manager assisted me and didn’t charge me due to the situation. I was very grateful for her compassion and empathy she expressed with my situation. I am also in management and many times have assisted the public in very simular situations. I finally felt that good karma does pay off. I will never forget the service I received at Ford. A million thank you to you and your staff. More

Frustrating I am stuck with a very noisy and not reliable motor.I would like to sell it before the news gets out about the motor and transmission but I am stuck i I am stuck with a very noisy and not reliable motor.I would like to sell it before the news gets out about the motor and transmission but I am stuck it is not a good feeling driving it and not knowing how long or how hard I should push it they should have not let this engine and transmission to the public before they fix the problem I have people walk up to me and ask what is wrong with the engine I have no answer I smell a big lawsuit at some point I paid 55 thousand for a piece of crap. Not happy More
