Jessica Carbaugh was great. Kept me informed the whole way through. Transferred the vehicle's maintenance plan to me as a second owner - that will save me a bunch of money going forward. I was near Capital BMW and decided to walk in and make an appointment for an oil change. Ian Wyre got me set up promptly and was very easy to deal with.
