My sales Rep, Ryan (unsure if i selected the correct one on the drop down list), was exceptional--down to earth and personable. The alternator, battery, and some temp guage had to be replaced - some things that could have been potentially caught in a pre-sale inspection? Hit a deer on the way home that evening put the icing in the "I-got-a-bad-feeling-about-this" cake. We'll see how it hold up once it comes back from body work. More
