He directly answered my inquiries, whereas several of the other dealerships stayed pretty vague or tried to get us to visit in person before answering any questions. We also requested to work with Chris K. in sales after seeing some positive reviews, and Jerry helped set up our appointment with him. All of this made us confident that we could show up in person and leave with the new car we wanted in the same day. Chris was great to work with. He was patient with us as we asked many questions, didn't pressure or coerce us when we needed to make decisions, and gave us a super helpful crash course on our chosen vehicle to learn all the ins and outs. Everyone we met at Raymond Kia was friendly and professional. We're very happy with our new purchase and would definitely return in the future. More

I flew in to Milwaukee to pick up a Kia Sorento from these guys after several disappointments from other dealers. I found my car online at a price I liked, so I inquired about it. I spoke with Jerry LaS these guys after several disappointments from other dealers. I found my car online at a price I liked, so I inquired about it. I spoke with Jerry LaSaint, the sales manager, and after a few minutes, I had a “out the door price” without a bunch of hidden shenanigans. I flew in from Tennessee and was picked up by my salesman Danny, whom was nothing short of professional and courteous at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was sitting up front, spotless, and full of fuel, waiting on me. A short time later, after the paperwork was done, I was on my long drive back to Tennessee. Would I do it again? Well, you bet your Wisconsin cheese I would. This was one of the better car buying experiences I have had, and I have purchased several over the years.
