Good, SAFE Service During the Pandemic I was very pleased with the extra effort this dealership is going through to provide convenient, safe auto repair service to its customers during this I was very pleased with the extra effort this dealership is going through to provide convenient, safe auto repair service to its customers during this pandemic, when conditions are more difficult and not "normal." I was able to get an immediate appointment on the day I called; I was able to get my CAR PICKED UP, rather than having to risk my health by going into the dealership (I am very high risk for the Virus); and the pickup and delivery of my car after the repairs were done was carried out very well -- the person that picked up and delivered my car was very courteous, he wore protective gear (face mask and gloves), and my car was disinfected after the service was done, and again when it was delivered. I very much appreciate the badly-needed and convenient extra service provided by Arlington Heights Ford. More

absolutly the very best I have ever had, and I,m 85 yearsold my 2014 ford edge was due for service I called and they told me to bring it in. When I got there there was a line waiting to get in.WOW, I was told ab my 2014 ford edge was due for service I called and they told me to bring it in. When I got there there was a line waiting to get in.WOW, I was told about an hour or so, well John JR heard this and put me in a rent a car and got me out of the building for safety sake I presume, what a guy, to think my safety was that important to get me away from all the commotion that was going on, I,m 85 years old and I suppose John Jr was thinking of my health with that Virus thing going around, All I can say is THANK YOU FOR PEOPLE THAT CONCERNED AT ARLINGTON HEIGHTS FORD.
