Great New Enclave, poor attention to detail upon delivery My name is Brad & I am Sylvia's son, I am writing this review for her... since she is hard of hearing I was a big part in helping her with the buying My name is Brad & I am Sylvia's son, I am writing this review for her... since she is hard of hearing I was a big part in helping her with the buying process. The whole process went relatively smoothly & was treated fairly on the price given for the trade ins. Treated well on the deal overall. When it came to the delivery of the new vehicle, when walking around it the Enclave was not cleaned very well at all for delivery. There was water spots all over the whole vehicle, like it wasn't wiped down at all after it was ran through the wash. There were also some smudges on the paint of the back hatch, which appeared to be grease or adhesive of some kind. there was also a scuff/scratch on the back bumper that was about 1/4" wide & maybe 1.5" - 2" long. The vehicle was then sent back to be re-cleaned & have the scratch taken care of, when it came back up it was cleaner, but, the scratch still was not taken care of completely, as it was still visible. After it was mentioned by Troy, that the bumper cover may have to be removed & repainted to take care of the scratch, it was decided that the scratch would be addressed on Friday afternoon when the all weather floor mats came in that were ordered. On the way home noticed that even the center of the windshield was still dusty/dirty, just like someone sat in the car & wiped the windshield on both sides. My Mom loves her new Enclave, but, neither one of us were very impressed with the initial presentation of it. In my opinion, the easiest thing to do on any new vehicle is make sure its is clean & ready for the new owner. That part fell short on this delivery. More
