I was put off and had to call back three times in order to get someone who would help me. You need to work on that team to make sure they know they are the face of your dealership to anyone reaching in from the Internet (i.e. most out of state buyers). I live in Georgia so the drive 500+ miles round trip could only be made worth it by a good experience. It was only when I was assigned a salesman, Ciprian Zisu that things began to change. He handled everything for me, made me aware of all of the issues, had two tires installed and the car was cleaned and immaculate when I arrived. During the purchasing process, he was on top of the details, held the others in the process accountable and walked with me through each step to make sure I was satisfied. At the end, he followed up the following day and then again to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. These are the kinds of people you need in a dealership of this size (or of any size). Please see that Ciprian is rewarded for his outstanding salesmanship. I will be a return customer and willing to drive the distance for service like that.
