We made the 3 hour trip down there and was impressed from the time we pulled up. We were greeted outside, offered drinks/snacks, nice leather couches to sit on and the car we came to see was retrieved for us and brought to the door. The deal was made and we are very happy! Even after the purchase we had a few concerns and Jeremy exceeded our expectations and took care of our concerns. I mean immediately! Top notch dealership! We were looking for a 4-door truck that could fit 3 carseats in the back, and they had a 2001 Chevy Avalanche. We bought it after taking it for a test drive and really liking it. The day after we bought it, it had mechanical problems. It was taking 2, 3, 4, 6 times to start. Our sales person told us to bring it in. It needed a new fuel pump. After speaking with Josh Cummins, he made sure we did not have to pay for any of the repairs. We are thankful that they made it right and I would recommend Dan Cummins to someone who was buying a new or used vehicle. More

Car shopping in the past was very stressful, but Sam made it so easy, that I didn't mind having to go back for more paperwork. He was prompt in keeping me informed of the loan process and truly went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle that I could afford. I give him 2 thumbs up.
