We are in Wenatchee, so it's not like we could just pop in. Due to my husband's work schedule, we were very limited as to when we could come in to town to sign paperwork and pick up the new vehicle. Frank actually came in to meet us on his day off. He then took the time to go over all of the features of the vehicle, as well as walk us through everything on the available app. We would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Frank as your sales associate. We set up a time to come in the show the car to my wife and decided to buy the car. Sales process was painless and expedient. No high pressure tactics, unexplained markups or outrageous extras added to the sales price. Frank took the time to help set up my phone to the car and explained all the electronic features. I would have saved my self a lot time, pain and suffering if I would have just came to Overturf 1st. I highly recommend this dealership and Frank Valle. You won't regret it! More
