We purchased a vehicle that turned out to be UNSAFE. Disappointed is an understatement with the entire process. Sale went well, once they got our contract and money. We contacted this dealership immediately when a certified mechanic found a FUEL LEAK pouring out fuel. We were told there was nothing they would do to help, since we purchased a vehicle "as is" with an extended warranty that, basically didn't cover anything, except powertrain. From the beginning of contacting them after the sale process to this review...it has been nothing but fluff and and a smoke show. We were told to have the FUEL LEAK fixed at a Ford Service Department, and they would pay for the repairs. After sending them the receipts, they decided they would rescind that offer and only pay for the part. If you want to buy from shady and untrustworthy folks, be my guest. My husband and I will never purchase from an Overturf Motors company again, and will continue to make the public aware of the horrible experience we had. More
