From the moment I walked onto the dealership lot, I felt comfortable and at ease. What truly stood out was his approach – he was not pushy in the slightest. Throughout the process, he took the time to understand my needs and preferences to narrow down the best options for me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features, and he patiently answered all of my questions, making sure I had a clear understanding of my choices. What made this salesman exceptional was his genuine enthusiasm for the Kias he was selling. He didn't just want to make a sale; he wanted to make sure I found the right car that met my needs and budget. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my choice. Since I was ordering my car, I did not have to negotiate however, Frank was transparent and fair in explaining all the options during the order. This made the entire process stress-free.
