I complained about something rattling in the front of my car. Jeff Morton's mechanic found the cause. Worn out anti-swaybar joints. Replaced and fixed in 1 day. I now have piece of mind knowing my 11 year-old Prius was in good hands and is now in great shape. More

Lengthy unnecessary wait. Misplaced key fob. For some reason man who was jockeying vehicles put key fob in his pocket. Again unnecessary wait. Somewhat concerned why fob w Misplaced key fob. Had 2pm appointment. .arrived before 2 pm on time, was a long line in service area, the person who came out to confirm appointment name Ryan ask if I had appt I replied ye .arrived before 2 pm on time, was a long line in service area, the person who came out to confirm appointment name Ryan ask if I had appt I replied yes, then he says we are extremely busy can I leave my vehicle overnight ...I said absolutely nit. I have an appt and I am not late.. I will wait.. then he says well sometimes you make dr appointment and they have to cancel your appt so same here ...I repeated I am waiting for my vehicle....I never want to deal with him again!..he needs to be trained in better customer service etiquette. More

I came in for routine service that was supposed to take about an hour. I was pleasantly pleased when 50 minutes later my cars service was completed, 13 point inspection and a car wash in record time.
