I was contacted via Email regarding an online inquiry I made on a Santa Cruz, Jeff Simpson the sales manager replied to my email. He sent me what I requested which was written quote on the vehicle. I immediately asked him about the dealer markups on the invoice and told him that I prefer to buy MSRP as everyone should. He replied back with $998 over MSRP if I finance through them. I told him I know the process, I have excellent credit, and will not go a percent higher than what I know I can get at financing. Also added that several dealerships will sell at or below MSRP. Well apparently since he couldn't get a penny more out of me he decided to terminate our negotiation online and basically told me to go to those other dealerships instead. You know what? I will and already have. More

Met with a pleasant sales person named Troy. He presented a written offer, that he said I could keep, with lots of upcharges that I did not want or need, but was told all cars come with this extra $1946 up c a written offer, that he said I could keep, with lots of upcharges that I did not want or need, but was told all cars come with this extra $1946 up charge. I advised Troy I wanted to check prices at Tamiami Hyundai especially since I had bought from them before and they beat O'Brien's price. Before I left the very rude, ignorant, sales manager Jeff came by and asked what it would take to buy today. (I could only drive the 2022 Kona in the parking lot as I was told it had not been inspected yet). I told Jeff I planned to go to Tamiami Hyundai to compare prices and he asked why I did not go there first and I replied Obrien was closer and I would go to Tamiami Hyundai on Saturday. He grabbed the written offer from my wallet that was on the table and said I will take that and got up and left. I told Troy I would never come back now and left. If you want to deal with rude, unprofessional, used car sales techniques and horrible customer service by all means use this dealership. Later in the day I decided to go to Tamiami Hyundai and they did in fact beat Obrien's price by quite a bit. More

He had a deal wrote for me I'm writing and backed up right before. He tried to add more to vehicle and lied about it. He the wouldn't answer no phone calls and when I ask him what happen he says I can't right before. He tried to add more to vehicle and lied about it. As I am a first responder he is a lying piece of crap and doesn't have the xxxxx to call anyone back or explain what the problem was. Corporate as well as general manager will hear from me. Buyers be ware and watch the paper you sign as they will add more to vehicles and try to slide it through. Was not a problem until I called them out on it!!! A crappy way to do business. Run the opposite direction now!!! Do not waste your time More
