Bob and Jeff mad us feel like all car dealers are not complete bud heads, to say it in a nice way. They were straight forward from the beginning to the end. None of those games with the numbers. We went complete bud heads, to say it in a nice way. They were straight forward from the beginning to the end. None of those games with the numbers. We went there to buy out a lease. We also looked at an newer car with more features. We were so happy with them that we traded in our lease for a new lease. I will definitely buy my next car from them again. I can only speak for Jeff but they were great. We told them we don't want to play the game where they give you this crazy high number and the first guy goes and talks to a manager and keeps coming back with a different number. Actually, non of that happened. Jeff got me a discount for being in the military and the manager got me a bigger discount off of my trade in. Not saying this will happen for everyone but my wife and I who have bout our share of cars over 30 years together left there very pleased. We will visit Jeff to see his dog. It is a family friendly place. Thanks guys for masking my wife and I enjoy our car leasing experience after our last nightmare at the other place. Really looking forward to doing further business with you. More

What impressed me the most about Jeff was his down to earth personality and answering my questions honestly and not giving me a bull sh.. answer lik What impressed me the most about Jeff was his down to earth personality and answering my questions honestly and not giving me a bull sh.. answer like your typical car salesman. In addition I know if have a question about the vehicle, I can call him on his cell phone and the call will go directly to him and not his voice mail. I have called him twice so far with questions and he answered them immediately. He treated me with respect and the experience was lengthy but pleasant.
