This dealership rocks !!!! I had a issue with my GMC Denali. They did the necessary troubleshooting and fixed my starter relay switch ( that day ). They gave me a ride to the rental car location and helped me in anyway possible . Ray was my service Ryder and He and him team were awesome. I had towed the Vehicle to this centralized location and I was able to only use the rental car one day . More

Buy back. We had a positive experience despite the fact that this was a buy back (our previous Silverado was deemed a lemon). On the not so positive side it too We had a positive experience despite the fact that this was a buy back (our previous Silverado was deemed a lemon). On the not so positive side it took about 3 months to actually purchase our vehicle replacement. We did however special or custom order our vehicle so it was literally built to our specifications. More

Frustrated Jeff Rizzi was great and worked with me on my initial issue. He advised me about GM support for some of the cost, due to us purchasing 5 GM vehicles. Jeff Rizzi was great and worked with me on my initial issue. He advised me about GM support for some of the cost, due to us purchasing 5 GM vehicles. Os for the frustration, My car was not ready the first second or third day they told me. I had some major work done and was told I was going to be charged for a full oil change. The work they completed l, they had to drain the oil anyway. Frustrated. Charged me for an oil filter and labor. They did not fill any other fluids, did not change the reminder sticker, did not reset the oil life. Very frustrating. More
