Lance is a wonderful, warm person. I moved from Barrington to Oakbrook, but came back to Miller’s Acura for my 2nd RDX because of Lance. My service manger, Jeff, was excellent. He gave me a couple of options to fix my repair, suggested I speak with the mechanic, Carlos, and I very pleased with his recommendation and more importantly the couple of options to fix my repair, suggested I speak with the mechanic, Carlos, and I very pleased with his recommendation and more importantly the repair.
