My wife and I bought a new Acura RDX last Saturday at Marin Acura. The entire staff was friendly and responsive without being pushy.Once we agreed to the price,they kept to their word and did not try to Marin Acura. We wanted a certain color(which they didn't have)so they went to another dealer who had the car we wanted. The car has many technological features which the staff explained to us including a tutorial session. They made us feel that we could come by at any time to get answers to any questions we had. The entire staff made the buying of this car a very pleasant experience. More

A couple of weeks later, when I decided to buy MDX JP worked with me about the price and gave me a great advice about the payment. Patrick explained to me step by step how to use great technology stuff the car has and suggested me to come back any time when I have questions. Thank you JP and Patrick! After we agreed on an out the door price by phone it was as simple as going in and signing papers. No hassel, no gimmicks, no pressure to upgrade. We were in and out in under two hours including the test drive time. Edmond was extremely knowledgeable, sincere , and accomodating. Before figuring out that it was a piece of tape, I thought the paint was uneven on the car door after I brought the car home. When I called Edmond about it, he actually offered to come to my home, pick up the car to have it looked at, and to deliver a replacement vehicle for me to drive meanwhile. Now that's service! Mike, the store manager was a true gentleman who made this experience a real pleasure. Jean Pierre helped us a great deal in working out the financial details of purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend Marin Acura to all of my family and friends! More

Today I purchased a 2012 Acura MDX from Marin Acura, and I can emphatically testify that this was, from start to finish, the smoothest, most congenial, low stress, and best value automobile purchase I've ever had. Kudos go to Mike, the sales manager, for following up – without undue pressure – my initial inquiries, as we waited for the right model to arrive. And for building my confidence that it was worth driving 90 minutes from home to get to Marin. And, Jean-Pierre, the finance manager also gets top marks for his incredible efficiency, clarity, and outstanding humor. But, my strongest appreciation goes to Patrick Fan, my salesman, for his polite, respectful initial calls to my home, and then especially for his treatment from the moment he greeted me by name at the door upon arrival. He was outstanding in all ways...competent, quick, efficient, an excellent communicator, and gracious. Am I really talking about car dealers?? Pinch me. Marin Acura transformed three decades of auto purchasing experience in one fell swoop. Acura is very fortunate to have Patrick, and Mike, and Jean-Pierre. These guys are incredible. Needless to say...they get six out of five stars! More
