Brianna was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Jaylen was an incredible help as well. I rate both of them as high as possible. There was another managerial employee who was extremely condescending and berating to Brianna, was extremely unprofessional for literally yelling at her in front of her customer. He was a poor brand ambassador and hopefully not the type of person Russ Darrow would allow to behave in this way. The Finance Manager also treated Brianna in a horrible way, badmouthing her behind her back repeatedly. This mysogenistic behavior seems to be part of the Russ Darrow culture and seems to be left unchecked. More

Russ Darrow of Wauwatosa made the whole car-buying process very easy for us. They took the car that we were interested in (a Kia Sorrento plug-in hybrid) out of the showroom and let us drive it around process very easy for us. They showed us four different lease and purchase options that helped us fit the payments into our budget. They were great people to work with. More
