Tiara and Steve made my car purchase experience a memorable one. I was very skeptical before coming to the showroom and I was pretty sure not to make a purchase until all my queries were addressed. I started with Tiara who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and it’s features. Addressed most of my questions and concerns. She was great and did a commendable job. Just meet her. Steve is your go to person for all your questions. He made great suggestions and relieved me of my concerns . I had a bad purchase experience in the past hence my queries. The showroom , the people and these guys are amazing. Just go and buy here !! They don’t try to woo you to buy but are very sincere in their answers. You get what you see and hear !! Brianna was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Jaylen was an incredible help as well. I rate both of them as high as possible. There were multiple other staff members who must be reprimand energy. Jaylen was an incredible help as well. I rate both of them as high as possible. There were multiple other staff members who must be reprimanded. There was another managerial employee who was extremely condescending and berating to Brianna, was extremely unprofessional for literally yelling at her in front of her customer. He was a poor brand ambassador and hopefully not the type of person Russ Darrow would allow to behave in this way. The Finance Manager also treated Brianna in a horrible way, badmouthing her behind her back repeatedly. This mysogenistic behavior seems to be part of the Russ Darrow culture and seems to be left unchecked. More

Customer service is #1. The whole crew was excellent. It started with my call into Shannon: the friendly attitude grabbed my attention.
