EDITED 1 month following purchase- Although my initial experience with Jim Ellis was a good one (locating vehicle that matched my requests, quickly getting paperwork completed) after the purchase I have r experience with Jim Ellis was a good one (locating vehicle that matched my requests, quickly getting paperwork completed) after the purchase I have reached out to them multiple time regarding chips in the paint of the vehicle’s door. I let them know a few days after the purchase that I had noticed them and that they must have happened in transit or on the dealer lot, because they were not my doing. Still have not heard back from anyone. I have also made general inquiries regarding the status of my vehicle registration in order to go to pick-up my tag, yet still have not received a callback. So although I do recommend them in terms of buying a vehicle, you had better make sure that nothing is wrong with the car upon pickup because you won’t get them on the phone after that. More
