On Friday, I called your dealership to ask about availability for a 2013 Ford Escape. They first told me it wasn’t available, so I thanked them and ended the call. On Tuesday, someone named Leo from availability for a 2013 Ford Escape. They first told me it wasn’t available, so I thanked them and ended the call. On Tuesday, someone named Leo from your dealership called me back and said the vehicle was available. I told him what went on friday, and I was about to close a deal elsewhere and asked him to double-check. He checked and called me back about ten minutes later confirming that the vehicle was indeed available. Then on Wednesday morning, a woman from your dealership called me, asking whether I was still coming in because the car was ready and waiting for me. I told her I was coming from far away and kindly asked her to confirm once more. She checked and said everything was good. While I was driving there, they called me twice to check if I was going there. When I arrived, a sales representative—almost mockingly—told me the vehicle had been sold. I left the store without creating a any trouble cuz another customers was arround I do respect businesses, even though the situation was unacceptable. Afterward, I called to speak with the USED Sales Manager, yet he did not have the courage to speak to me, nor did he show the basic courtesy of calling me back to apologize. , I suffered financial loss and wasted 2Hr dirve back and fortyh a significant amount of time. Fortunately, I had the sense to record their phone confirmations saying the car was available. We will see what legal steps we can take—my attorney and I are reviewing the situation. More

Ali in Sales, Jay in Management, and Alex in Finance were all down-to-earth people. They made sure my deal went through and took care of a few things that surprised me. Ali: What a great salesman. He's all down-to-earth people. They made sure my deal went through and took care of a few things that surprised me. Ali: What a great salesman. He's young but understands way beyond his years. Has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. Jay: Took the time to explain what the dealership could do for me to ensure my purchase was amazing and the vehicle was in top condition for the sale. Alex: He's the money guy, yet is very personable and very down to earth. He made sure our financial part of the deal went as smoothly as possible. Overall, my 76-mile drive one way was a huge success and worth driving down I-94 during rush hour. All 3 of these guys are great, and Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is lucky to have them on their staff. Terrible experience. I was transferred between 3 different salespersons, and ultimately Jay, the sales manager during my week long process to simply buy a car. When I went to pick up the vehicle, a check engine light was on. I immediately called the most recent salesperson that I dealt with, wo said to call the orignal sales person back. I subsequently responded to their text after I took delivery, and never got a call back. Finally, they never transferred title, so now I have an unlicensed vehicle. Terrible, unprofessional dealership. More

I was purchasing a preowned vehicle and had a problem. The manager refused to have a discussion with me.
