I went to four dealerships before I contacted Werner and wish I found this place sooner. My experience with Werner was a testimony to “follow your gut”. I am continually surprised at how long it takes for service. I had an appt. for a state inspection and it took two hours. Granted I am not a mechanic, but I have owned cars for 40 years and a state i service. I had an appt. for a state inspection and it took two hours. Everyone is nice, the video is a nice feature, the waiting area is great, the time it takes for service is always too long. More
