Even though I spent a long day at the dealership going over pricing, cars, etc. I really did not feel pressured. When I told them I was leaving to go have lunch and speak to the Lincoln dealership that I over pricing, cars, etc. I really did not feel pressured. When I told them I was leaving to go have lunch and speak to the Lincoln dealership that I had been working with also, they actually encouraged me to go and review all the information I had. I am pleased with the car I purchased and with the service I received. More

We were very happy with the purchase of our new car. I will say that it is not necsessary to "SELL" a customer a car. Those little comments that we customers hear about "oh, it will do this" or "you won't will say that it is not necsessary to "SELL" a customer a car. Those little comments that we customers hear about "oh, it will do this" or "you won't have to worry about that" are not necessary. Just answer my questions and be polite. If I like the car I will buy it. Also, waiting on the paper work is a horrible experience. Make the customer as comfortable as possible. A cold drink would have been heavenly. More

I was looking for a vehicle that would meet me needs. I had gone online and looked at several and completed several applications. I spoke with 3 separate dealers and didn't like the way they spoke to me. I had gone online and looked at several and completed several applications. I spoke with 3 separate dealers and didn't like the way they spoke to me. I received a phone call from Laura and immediately felt comfortable speaking to her. She wasn't condescending so i accepted her offer to come for a meeting with a salesperson and a possible test drive. Upon arriving at the facility i was immediately greeted by Mr. Chesney, I was told to ask for Jay, who then introduced me to Mr. Chesney. I immediately felt comfortable with this man. He listened to me and showed me what would best suite my needs and what i could afford. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I feel that Mr. Chesney was looking out for my best interest. I will forever be grateful to this man. I am completely satisfied with the Yaris. Having lost my car in an auto accident I visited Motor World Toyota where I had bought several vehicles previously. I had also contacted several other dealershipss but returned to Motorworld due to the fr World Toyota where I had bought several vehicles previously. I had also contacted several other dealershipss but returned to Motorworld due to the friendly, knowlegeable sales consultant,Mark Byron. I went there with a notion that I just had to have a Corolla but due to price constrictions that wasn't the best option for me. Mark really listened to my needs and wants. Being an active grandmother I have a variety of travel needs i.e. car seats etc. Mark introduced me to the Scion XD. I was in love. I was not aware of this car until Mark showed it to me. It is perfect fo my needs. Price was great and its cute to boot. I would certainly reccomend Mark to my friends due to his kindness, knowledge and attentiveness. Jay Thomas,the sales manager, was also helpful to expedite the purchase and delivery of my vehicle. They both seemed more concernd about me being satisfied instead of just selling a car. I am a VERY satisfied customer of Ertley Toyota. Both Jay and Marty were very accomodating to us. We came from New Jersey for the day to help my Mom purchase a new Camry. We had done our homework and presented an online quote for another dealer and the from New Jersey for the day to help my Mom purchase a new Camry. We had done our homework and presented an online quote for another dealer and they matched it without any haggling. In the past, we have spent hours trying to buy a car and in fact have walked out of other dealerships because salespeople do not want to work with us. Both Marty and Jay did everything to answer our questions and concerns about providing service to my Mom moving forward. A great experience overall. More
