We were looking for a jeep patriot lattitude for our son's 16th birthday. Our first start, naturally, was in our own backyard in San jose, CA, where we found good dealers with helpful employees, but the son's 16th birthday. My wife, while looking online came across the Elk Grove Website, which was far away the easiest one to use. It had specs, pictures, and general pricing online. Our first contact was Jay Prakash, who was very patient, upfront, and helpful in answering our questions on the model we were looking into. He asked us all of the right questions and made everyone feel fairly comfortable, considering we had not met him as of yet. Once we had narrowed down the make, model, and features we called him up to go over what type of pricing we might be able to get. Since we were looking at getting 2ea, one for our son and another for a close friends son. Jay came in with a very fair and reasonable price. We made arrangements to come down on Saturday the 28th in the morning, since it was a 2hr drive. Once we had arrived, we knew we had made the right choice in coming... The dealership was easy to find, clean, and, the Internet sales person, Jay, was great. The entire process working with this dealership was fantastic from start to finish. Sales, Management, Finance all were extremely personable, straight forward, knowledgable, and above all else made this buying experience a great one! After leaving, we stopped for lunch before heading home and discussed the whole buying experience with my son, who couldn't stop smiling from ear to ear. We asked him how he felt about everything, since he had gone from dealership to dealership with us and had experienced all of the different styles. His first response was what summed it all up, "They made it so easy!". Having dealt with many dealerships over the years, both personally and professionally, this was by far the best experience. This last weekend I purchased my third consecutive Dodge Ram 1500 truck. The last 2 have been here at Elk Grove Dodge and I imagine my next one will be as well. Not just because I am loyal but they have ear Ram 1500 truck. The last 2 have been here at Elk Grove Dodge and I imagine my next one will be as well. Not just because I am loyal but they have earned my business both times. Price is a VERY important factor in my decision making, especially in this economy, and Jay Prakash not only had the best price but incredible service as well. If you know what vehicle your looking for I highly recommend using the internet sales tools to purchase and Jay will take care of you. I was at the dealership for approximately 2 hours before driving away in my new truck and a great feeling that I made the right purchase. I also want to mention Jim Kelly in the finance department. He was a very nice gentleman who has clearly been in the business a long time and knows how to make the final step of the process comfortable, while educating me on all my options in finance, warranty, and additional products without all the high pressure. What a great experience! More

I had the pleasure of working with both Jay & Shak. It was a very tricky situation but they handled it with great skill and expertise. The team of employees who assisted us with our new truck purchase were as friendly and professional as they come. We looked at a RAM 1500 4x4 on line and sent an email to the internet dept. With in the ho purchase were as friendly and professional as they come. We looked at a RAM 1500 4x4 on line and sent an email to the internet dept. With in the hour Jay replied with a price on the truck we were interested in. The price was right on! We drove down to elk grove dodge around 1 pm to look at it and found it. It wasn't what we really wanted. We talked about what we wanted and Jay had Michael (trainee) take us out to the back lot to look at their stock. When we came back we found a truck on the front lot. During this time Jay was swamped with President Day customers. Once we found what we wanted the process move rapidly. Both Michael and Jay worked together to get the paper work in order and wittled down the price enough to make us feel like we got a good deal. (Which we did). Jay listened to During the wait we were always kept informed as to where we were in the process. I found the employees we came into contact with in control and professional even with the hectic atmosphere. I would return to Elk Grove Dodge if and when I consider another Chrysler product. More
