I bought a used car in cash from this dealership. I arranged to buy it over the phone and on text. I feel like they were dishonest on a few occasions. First, over email they told me that to "verify my identity" that I had to fill out a credit report form. I did it without asking questions, but in retrospect this made no sense. I bought the car with cash, there is no reason they needed to run my credit. It showed up on my credit report as them having pulled my credit - they told me this would not happen, that it was just a soft pull "to verify my identity"! It doesn't make any sense why they would need this to verify my identity... The salesman also told me he would reach out to the last owner to get the second key to our vehicle. I don't believe that he did reach out after I noticed the dealership had our car in its possession for 2 months prior to us buying it. He never followed up with us. Why say you are going to do that if you aren't, and you aren't going to follow-up either. When we got to the dealership to write the check and pickup the car, the finance guy tried to pressure us into taking a loan. That was annoying. Then when we were signing the paperwork he pressured us to buy an extended warranty for the car. I repeatedly said I did not want this warranty. He kept pushing and pushing. To get out of there we agreed to buy it and just cancel it when we got home. What a waste of my time. I feel like both the salesperson and the finance person I dealt with were not respectful and were somewhat dishonest. It was not a good experience; I left feeling taken advantage of. This should have been easy - I bought a used car with cash. It was $34,000. The one good thing I will say is that since we had arranged everything in advance and we were paying cash, the transaction when we got to the dealership was relatively quick. I think it took longer than one hour, but definitely less than 2 hours. More

JAY is one of the nicest dealer i've ever dealt with. Very straightforward and honest. We came in looking for the X1 lease deal i saw on their website. He immediately tracked it down for us and we got to test drive it right away. He gave us the payment info which matched what the ad said online. There was no bait and switch or trying to convince you to take another car. We had an issue with a large down payment with the bank credit card and Jay was quick on his feet knowing we were pressed for time, he made a great suggestion to the finance team to take the remainder of the payment via phone the next day. Jay is super considerate, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I would totally recommend Jay Meeuwsen and Kuni Bmw when trying to look for your next BMW. Good Price, Very Accommodating I was trying to lease a new 2018 i3, and the Washington dealerships would both not budge at all on price and they weren't exceptionally friendly.
