I completed roughly 90% OF THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION either online (email, etc.) or via phone. Once I arrived at the Motion Chevrolet dealership everything was ready and waiting for my final signatures. I was in and out in under 1 hour!!! That is honestly a world record for me. Baseball Bob's attention to detail, follow-up, and customer centric approach makes the experience even more delightful. A word of advice to all other Chevrolet dealers (and other brands of car dealers as well), step up your game and get with the times.
