I was misquoted, and then when they said they would spit the difference, they have me a 46$credit. But then tacked on a 40$ misc. Charge at the end. I called about these issues on Monday, but I have still not heard back. More

I brought my 2nd vechile from Scranton's recently & I would return again for another one. They're friendly & smile, caring, helpful, patient when you ask questions & do their best to get you the answers would return again for another one. They're friendly & smile, caring, helpful, patient when you ask questions & do their best to get you the answers to them, they take the time to explain things you don't understand, welcoming to everyone who comes there and offer complimentary tv, beverages & snacks while waiting. I was completely satisfied & happy when I left the dealership with my new vechile the same day I walked in. Everyone I had contact there at Scrantons made my day and I would strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vechile at a dealership with excellent customer service. More
