Years later I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle. I test drove Mazda CX90/70, Honda Pilot and Passport, and Toyota Highlander/Grand Highlander. There is very little turnover which says a lot for a dealership, to my chagrin, Jay was still there and was great to work with. He asked very qualified questions and took his time to answer all of my questions. The transaction was completed in one day. I’ve driven my new Grand Highlander for three weeks now and it has been lovely, comfortable, and performance has been great. Jay was outstanding to work with! More
