Second purchase with Honda of Lisle Superstore. This was my second purchase of a vehicle from Honda of Lisle Superstore. Our sales person for my first purchase was Jennifer Holish. So I was disappointed to learn she had been promoted to another position, but of course happy for her. Tony Vetrisek was our sales rep for our most recent purchase. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through the differences about the models. Tony went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle, color and model, that I was interested in purchasing. I wanted a couple accessories added to the vehicle and Tony got it done very quickly. He met me at the door with a loaner vehicle when I dropped the car off and again when I went back to pick it up after the accessories were added. I was very comfortable with the transaction and felt no pressure to make the purchase. If you are interested in a vehicle at Honda of Lisle, you won't be disappointed with Tony. More

Pleasant to work with Debby Pierce was my sale person , she made my experience very pleasant and making sure I had exactly what I wanted in my new car. Due to my unpredicta Debby Pierce was my sale person , she made my experience very pleasant and making sure I had exactly what I wanted in my new car. Due to my unpredictable work schedule my purchase was done over a course of three days, Debby didn't want me to feel inconvenient or stress to get things taking care of for my purchase so when needed outside of her schedule, she had her coworker Tommy Lofton to give a helping hand. Over the years I have used the Lisle service department for service on my 2005 Honda Civic in which Shawn Kiannejad sold me and he has moved on to the finance department but if I had any questions he would take the time to help me out.. Liz Cornelius of the service department was always willing to give a helping hand and answer any questions even with my new car. We both had to laugh when I told her I finally did it and brought a new car so can she make me a sticker to put in the window to remind me to change the oil, she reply you don't need it the new car will tell you when it's time. More

Great service, help and fast!!! FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!! My First Honda! From a girl who was raised in a Ford Family, my Dad worked for Ford for over 30 years. I went in to the dealers FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!! My First Honda! From a girl who was raised in a Ford Family, my Dad worked for Ford for over 30 years. I went in to the dealership just to "check out" the Honda Odyssey and ended up getting one! Renee Granier helped us (she is a wonderful salesperson)....it was just my daughter and myself that came in first and Renee was so helpful....not pushy at all! And, Renee was very informative. Honda of Lisle got us exactly what we wanted! I also found all of the management to be helpful and wonderful. My husband was impressed with them too & said that it was a positive experience. Over all I would give them an A+ rating! More

My best experience with Honda! I have only dealt with Honda Superstore of Lisle via online with Shay Randolph and my experience was truly world class. The only reason that I could n I have only dealt with Honda Superstore of Lisle via online with Shay Randolph and my experience was truly world class. The only reason that I could not come and visit the store was that I had personal constraints and the store was around 45 miles from where I stay. But it still tempted me to come into the store many times. The prices and the inventory was very competitive and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. So far, I have the best customer service and followup from this store when compared with any Honda store in Elgin/Schaumburg area. More

He was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. He walked us through the entire purchasing process patiently. Demonstrated hands-on the relevant features of the SUV in detail which was very helpful in our decision making. Negotiated the price without much hassle. I recommend him strongly. Mr Javier Saltos (Sales Manager) was very pleasant and helpful during his brief interaction with us. Also had a smooth experience processing through the Finance Dept. Overall the experience was great. Javier was very knowledgeable and he was very respectful. He responded professionally to our requests and answered all of our questions. The only negative thing I could say was that when they took the sticker off the vehicle there was an outline of paper and glue residue that stuck to the window. I had to use a razor blade and some windex to get it off, not a big deal really, but I just spent thousands of dollars to buy a car and you guys couldn't take care of that before it left?! If I had noticed I would have said something, but I didn't and I shouldn't of had to anyways. More

Honda of Lisle dealership did a good job when we purchased our Odyssey 2014. We started with Internet Sales and liked the price. We came in and were introduced to Javier. Javier took us on our t purchased our Odyssey 2014. We started with Internet Sales and liked the price. We came in and were introduced to Javier. Javier took us on our test drive and answered all of our questions. We wanted a specific model and color. Javier was able to find one of our two options without a lot of extra accessories. The car was delivered in the timeframe we needed (three days). In addition, the guys in the service area were very kind to show me how to remove the middle row seats and help me install my weather tech mats. This was incredibly nice of the guys in the service bay. I really appreciated their help. More
